General Terms of Service

These General Terms of Service define the business terms of Robotic d.o.o. regarding contract agreements between Robotic d.o.o., as the seller, and all customers. All services of Robotic d.o.o., including payment and product delivery, are carried out under the terms defined below unless otherwise agreed upon between Robotic d.o.o. and the customer. 

These general terms of service are subject to change, and Robotic d.o.o. reserves the full right to amend or update their content. It is crucial to read these General Terms of Service to understand the business practices of Robotic d.o.o. and avoid potential complications when ordering products.


Purchasing

The online store of Robotic d.o.o. is intended for individuals and legal entities, with a minimum age requirement of 18 years for purchasing. During purchase, the customer selects the desired product and its associated accessories by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. The customer can then continue shopping or complete the purchase by clicking on the cart icon in the upper right corner of the screen. The cart displays all selected products with highlighted prices and quantities. 

To complete the purchase, the customer must enter accurate and valid personal information and accept these General Terms of Service. By clicking the "Order" button, the customer submits an irrevocable offer to the Seller for the purchase of the selected product(s). Before finalizing the purchase, the customer can independently modify the product quantity or add more products to the cart. After completing the purchase process, the customer will receive a confirmation email of the order.


Price and Payment Methods

All prices on the Robotic d.o.o. online store are expressed in euros (EUR) as the national currency and include value-added tax (VAT) and delivery costs. Product and delivery prices are subject to change, and Robotic d.o.o. reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. New prices will not affect orders already confirmed. Despite efforts to ensure accurate and reliable information on the online store, occasional discrepancies may occur. If this happens, Robotic d.o.o. will notify the customer immediately to find a mutually satisfactory solution. Payments can be made using credit cards, PayPal, or bank transfer.

The confidentiality of your data is ensured and protected through SSL encryption. Payment pages are secured using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128/256-bit encryption, ensuring secure information transfer and preventing unauthorized access during data transmission. This ensures the secure transmission of information and prevents unauthorized access to data during communication between the user's computer and the Monri Payments service, and vice versa.


Delivery

Product delivery by Robotic d.o.o. is handled through a courier service, with the delivery cost already included in the product price. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days after payment is received and is sent to the address specified in the order. Delivery times may extend due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Robotic d.o.o., such as production delays, epidemics, strikes, or transportation issues. Delays may also occur during holidays, vacations, or periods of high demand. Customers will be notified promptly in such cases. Upon receiving the package, the customer should inspect the packaging for damage. Any damaged or incomplete deliveries should be refused and returned to the seller.

Otherwise, it will be considered that the delivered product is in good condition. If the customer refuses to accept the ordered goods without valid reason, the seller reserves the right to claim compensation for all handling and delivery costs.


Warranty

Robotic d.o.o. guarantees the functionality of the purchased device for two years from the date of receipt. In case of defects, the customer must notify the seller in writing within the warranty period to request a repair or replacement. If the claim is justified, Robotic d.o.o. will cover the return shipping costs and repair or replacement expenses.

Defects caused by improper installation, maintenance, or external factors (e.g., fire, flooding, lightning) are not covered by the warranty. Robotic d.o.o. is not liable for damages caused by improper installation or use of the device.


Returns

Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. Before the deadline, the customer must notify Robotic d.o.o. in writing of their decision to return the product via an online form or by mail using the prescribed withdrawal form. Robotic d.o.o. will promptly confirm receipt of the withdrawal notice. 

The customer must return the product at their expense within 14 days of cancellation. The product must be undamaged, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition; otherwise, the return will not be accepted. Upon meeting these conditions, Robotic d.o.o. will refund the full amount paid.


Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between the consumer and Robotic d.o.o., a complaint may be filed with the Court of Honor of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, the Mediation Center, or the European Commission through the online dispute resolution form. Robotic d.o.o. and the customer will endeavor to resolve any disputes amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, the competent court in Zagreb will have jurisdiction.
